A pedestrian accident that occurred on Interstate 75 in Butler County resulted in the death of one individual.

An accident that occurred on northbound Interstate 75 near state Route 122 in Middletown and included state highway patrol officers are now investigating a pedestrian, according to a spokesperson for the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The collision took place shortly after 8 p.m. The driver of the involved vehicle did not sustain any injuries.
