Lubbock Police Locate 29-Year-Old Vivian Moreno After Search!
On Saturday afternoon, the Lubbock Police Department announced that they had been successful in locating Vivian Moreno, who is 29 years old.
The Los Angeles Police Department said that Moreno was discovered just before noon in a motel that is located in the 900 block of East Slaton Highway.
The authorities are continuing their search for Joe Ruben Lopez, notwithstanding the location of Moreno.
