Chicago Gets Interactive Experience Thanks to the Slime Museum

Sloomoo Institute, which opens on November 19 in downtown Chicago, offers children of all ages a 20,000-square-foot immersive experience focused on multi-sensory play.

The Slime Institute is a DIY bar with 60 aromas. (including dessert, fruit, floral, spa vibes, and more). More than 40 colors and 150 charms can use to create more than four million different kinds of slime.
The attraction also has “Sloomoo Falls,” where guests can stand beneath a slime waterfall and numerous slime vats for visitors to dip their hands in.
Additionally, there is a “Slime Wall” that was inspired by Yayoi Kusama’s “Obliteration Room,” “Doors” made of kinetic sand, immersive videos, “AR surprises,” “soundscapes,” “scent exploration,” and “ASMR experiences.”
The Sloomoo Institute in Chicago is open every day from 9 am to 7 pm, except on Wednesday. Additionally, Sloomoo Institute will be open every day of the week throughout the holiday season and during the spring and summer breaks.
Advice for visiting Sloomoo Institute with children
The slime is free of dairy, nuts, and gluten. However, you or anyone in your family has exceptionally, Avoided the Enhanced Experience if you have sensitive skin or allergies to airborne allergens. Because an ingredient is produced in a facility where nuts are packaged.
White vinegar and water can remove the slime from clothing, whether it gets on you or your kids.
The 6-ounce batch of safe slime contains 1/16th of a teaspoon of borax. Borax is a naturally occurring, non-carcinogenic mineral, but it is not recommend to consumption.
The institute cannot guarantee guest access if you arrive 30 minutes after your scheduled time slot. To arrive on time, try to come even 15 minutes early.
To enter the Sloomoo Institute, children over one year must have a ticket.
If some members of your group want to skip Sloomoo Falls. But, not others, you can purchase different ticket types without being split up.
