Morrison County Deputy Returns to Work After Being Hit by Teen Driver

Deputy Brady Pundsack of the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office in central Minnesota has successfully returned to duty following a terrible incident last summer.

Last July 15, while directing traffic near Pierz Freedom Fest, Deputy Pundsack’s life took an unexpected turn. A 17-year-old driver hit Pundsack by mistake, causing life-threatening injuries that landed the officer in the hospital.

Despite the seriousness of the tragedy, Pundsack’s amazing recovery astounded both officials and the community.
