According to NamUs, a clearinghouse for missing, unidentified, and unclaimed persons cases in the United States, more than 150 adults are currently missing in Massachusetts. Additionally, there are nearly one hundred missing children in Massachusetts, as reported by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. This organization was formed to raise awareness about all Massachusetts missing persons and to compile new, reliable data on their cases.
Most of the ‘missing’ are children
Most kidnapping attempts happen on the street while kids are out and about.
