Christmas Morning Tragedy One Dead in Fairfax County Townhouse Fire

Firefighters rushed to a townhouse in Centreville, Fairfax County, on Christmas morning after seeing smoke and flames at the residence on Red River Drive.

They shared a video of their efforts on social media, working hard to control the fire by 6:28 a.m.

Units are on scene of a townhouse fire in the 14100 blk of Red River Dr in the Centreville area. Crews arrived with smoke and fire showing from the home. The fire is under control. Crews located one deceased civilian. No firefighter injuries reported:
