On Friday, June 24, at 4:08 p.m. local time, Joshua was transferred from Washington County Detention Center, per his booking record obtained by In Touch.
‘I can confirm that he has left the institution,’ a guard at the Washington County Detention Center said In Touch.
The former reality star will be transferred to one of two prisons after his sentencing in May.
Depending on the length of his sentence, he will spend time in a prison in either Seagoville or Texarkana, Texas.
After a six-day trial, a judge ruled in favor of the prosecution and found Josh guilty on both counts of child pornography, for which he had been detained on December 9, 2021.
For his own safety, he was being detained in solitary confinement at Arkansas‘s Washington County Jail.

She said she and Josh met in a strip club in Philadelphia in March 2015, and that he paid her $600 for lap dances before asking her to his room.
Johnston, 34, allegedly said in an exclusive interview with The Sun that she has always told the truth about the alleged assault, which she described as “so powerful” that it seemed “like this guy attempted to murder me.”
The Duggars’ payment for an Ashley Madison account was public knowledge months before Johnston accused Duggar of sexually assaulting her.
