You may have started out with the lure of fresh foot-long sandwiches, but keep in mind that it was the cookies that kept you coming back for more. The Subway brand is certainly aware of this fact, which is why it is opening what will be its first-ever outpost that will not sell sandwiches. Cookieway, as the pop-up is called, will solely sell cookies.
Subway’s dessert shop in New York City’s Lower East Side will be open for four days before National Cookie Day (from December 2 to December 5).
You can see a full list of cookies that will be available:
- Chocolate Chip
- Oatmeal Raisin
- Raspberry Cheesecake
- White Chip Macadamia Nut
- Caramel Apple
- S’mores
- Caramel Brownie
- M&M
- Double Chocolate

“Subway is launching Cookieway as a special thank you to our fans, who overwhelm us with love for our cookies and have helped make Subway cookies the co-star of our menu, alongside our subs,” said Carrie Walsh, Subway’s chief marketing officer.
“National Cookie Day is the perfect holiday to celebrate our iconic cookies and creates an opportunity to support the great work of Make-A-Wish by encouraging Cookieway visitors to make a donation when they receive their delicious cookie sample pack.”
For those who can’t get to the Cookieway shop, Subway is granting a 10% discount and free delivery for those who order through its app.
