San Joaquin County Murder Suspect Arrested In Missouri

Two people were shot and ki!!ed in Lodi earlier this week, and now one person has been arrested.

At a short press conference on Wednesday, the Lodi Police Department and the U.S. Marshals said that the suspect was Oscar Hernandez, who is 41 years old.

Hernandez was caught early that morning in Missouri, according to authorities. The U.S. Marshals found Hernandez’s car and cell phone in an area outside of St. Louis.

In order to face charges in connection with the ki!!ings, he is waiting to be taken back to San Joquin County. Those claims have not been made public yet.

It was also said that the two people who were ki!!ed were thought to have a connection to Hernandez.

There were also reports online that a s*xual assault might have caused the shooting, but investigators said that nothing was proven and that they are looking into everything.

It took place on Monday in the 1100 block of South Central Avenue just after 6:30 p.m. The two people who had been shot were found inside a house there by police.

The medical examiner for San Joaquin County named both deaths on Tuesday as Fernando Rodriguez, 49, and Silverio Cazares Gayosso, 36, both of Lodi. Two people were found dead. One person died at the scene of the crime, and the other person died later at a hospital in the area.

Investigators say they think the shootings were a planned attck and that there was no real danger to the public.
