One Killed, Two Injured In Polk County Shooting Incident!

Following a shooting in Deep East Texas on Tuesday night that left one man dead and two injured, several agencies have opened an investigation.

Around 11:25 p.m., the Polk County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies responded to a complaint regarding gunfire at a home in the Kickapoo Marina community of Polk County. Deputies discovered two guys wounded from multiple gunshot wounds and one man dead.

For medical attention, the two injured men were transported via life flight to a hospital. The PCSO stated that although detectives are still looking into the shooting, they do not currently think there is a threat to the public.
