As Halloween draws closer, the local police departments issue warnings. Those are about a kind of fentanyl known as “rainbow” fentanyl.

It is a potentially lethal opioid. That is made in the form of brightly coloured powders and tablets. It is sometimes even transported in containers that were originally intended for confectionery.

Because of this, some parents are concerned that they may discover it in the candy that their children get for Halloween. However, a local expert said that this is very unlikely to occur.
