Florida State Trooper’s Life Cut Short in I-95 Crash near Port St. Lucie

A devastating incident occurred on Friday morning as a Florida Highway Patrol trooper, Zachary Fink, lost his life in a tragic crash on Interstate 95 near Port St. Lucie.

The collision involved a semitrailer on the northbound side of I-95, specifically near Crosstown Parkway.

In the aftermath of the crash, both northbound and southbound lanes of I-95 had to be closed in the vicinity, causing traffic disruptions.

Additionally, another accident took place nearby, with reports of up to two individuals fleeing the scene. It remains unclear if these two accidents are connected.
