Two individuals were apprehended Tuesday night by California Highway Patrol officers.
At 8:30 p.m., Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies pursued the vehicle on the 710 Freeway for reckless DUI.
The CHP pursued
The chase suspect, driving a silver Nissan Sentra, intermittently turned off his headlights on SoCal highways. Before returning to the 710, the motorist used the north and southbound 5 Freeway and eastbound 10 Freeway.
After leaving the highway in Downey and getting on Imperial Highway, the suspect looked to be driving towards a parking lot but suddenly drove back over a curb.

Later, he slowed the vehicle, disembarked, and fled on foot. Sky5 filmed CHP police unleashing a K-9 on a passenger in the chase car.
A booze shop spotted the Nissan driver hiding. Both were arrested.
