St. Clair County Man in Custody for Receiving Stolen Property
Cecil Macon Ferguson, a Pell City citizen, recently found himself in legal problems after being arrested on multiple counts of receiving stolen property, according to St. Clair County Sheriff Billy Murray.
The ongoing investigation may lead to additional charges, the sheriff warned.
Search Warrant Execution:
The St. Clair County Criminal Investigation Division, in collaboration with an ongoing theft of property investigation, executed a search warrant at 2199 Florida Road in Pell City on January 3.
The operation was aimed at uncovering evidence related to the theft.

During the search, law enforcement successfully recovered stolen property, leading to the arrest of Cecil Macon Ferguson.
