Single-Vehicle Crash Claims Life of Local Man In Winston County!
Following a single-vehicle collision on Friday night, a 34-year-old Winston County man was declared deceased.
Seth R. Urfer was seriously hurt when the Chevrolet Avalanche he was driving veered off the road, striking a road sign, and then overturned before hitting another one, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. Urfer had been thrown from the pickup truck before it caught fire.
After being taken to Cullman Regional Medical Center, Urfer passed away from his wounds. When the collision happened, he was not buckled up.

The collision occurred on U.S. 278 close to Glover Road at approximately 11 p.m. Investigators are troopers in the Highway Patrol Division of ALEA.
