Inappropriate Touching By A 13-Year-Old Philadelphian On The Way To School Was Captured On A New Video
WPVI-TV in Philadelphia reports Police in Philadelphia have released a new video of a man wanted
concerning a sexual assault on a 13-year-old girl on her way to school.

It happened near Harding Middle School in Philadelphia’s Frankford neighbourhood around 7:40 a.m. Thursday.
According to the Philadelphia School District, the 13-year-old middle schooler was approached by an unknown man.
The accused predator approaches the child and puts his arm around her in the new video.
“He inquired about her name. He asked for her Instagram account, then inappropriately touched her, “Monique Braxton, a school district spokesperson, stated
“We’re unaware of anything like this happening in this area,” Braxton added.
The girl dashed to the school for assistance.
Authorities suspect the suspect might be a local of the 2000 block of Wakeling Street, near the scene of the attack.
A request is made for anyone who knows the suspect to come forward and contact the authorities.
