Golden Alert D Issued as Clay County Man Goes Missing

A missing guy in Clay County who was last seen on January 21st has a Golden Alert D issued for him.

David Wayne Ratliff, 43, is a diabetic who requires insulin if his medicine is not taken, according to Clay County Emergency Management.

A Golden Alert D was issued for a missing man last seen on January 21 in Clay County:

Ratliff is a 6’4″ white male who weighs approximately 200 pounds. His calf, left arm’s elbow, and right arm are all covered in tattoos.

He was last observed donning a blue UK cap, camo trousers, a jacket, brown work boots and a long-sleeved shirt, according to CCEM.
