Denver Student Hospitalized, Another In Custody After School Stabbing!
Following a stabbing by another student, one student was taken to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, according to a tweet sent out by the Denver Police Department on Friday afternoon.
The department tweeted at 3:39 p.m. that there had been a stabbing in the 600 block of S. Monaco Street, that one victim had been found, and that one suspect was in police custody.
UPDATE: The victim appears to have suffered injuries to their left arm and hand, they do not appear to life-threatening. Investigation ongoing. #Denver

According to an update from the department, the victim’s left arm and hand seemed to have been injured.
The DPD verified that one of the students hurt in the incident is anticipated to recover. The inquiry is still being conducted.
