Dakota County Tragedy: 18-Year-Old Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision
On Friday evening, there was a crash in Vermillion Township that led to the tragic passing of an 18-year-old. The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office shared this sad news.
The person who lost their life was Ruweyda Fowsi Said from Rochester, as confirmed by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.

The Sheriff’s Office mentioned that the crash involved three vehicles and happened around 7 p.m. on Northfield Boulevard, just south of 210th Street East.
Said was driving one of the vehicles and sadly didn’t survive the accident. Two others from Said’s vehicle were taken to the hospital.

Another driver involved was also taken to the hospital for treatment.
The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating what caused the crash, as mentioned by authorities.
