Arrests Made in Isanti County Shooting Case: 4 Individuals in Custody
According to officials from law enforcement, four individuals have been taken into custody in connection with the shooting and subsequent death of Jose De Jesus Diaz Fernandez that occurred a week ago.
December 13 was the day that the shooting took place in Spencer Brook Township, specifically in the 7800 block of 309th Avenue Northwest.
The body of Fernandez was discovered inside his residence, and the authorities suspect that he was the victim of a targeted attack.

Jesse Rodrigues, age 43, Fredy Olivar, age 40, and Abraham Houle, age 41, were each charged with two charges of second-degree murder and two counts of burglary, as stated by the Isanti County Sheriff’s Office.

Furthermore, each of the three individuals was charged with two counts of burglary. Friday was the day when they made their initial appearance in court.
A fourth person is currently being held in custody and is awaiting extradition to Isanti County, officials stated.
