A Radical Proposal Raising Its Voice to Get $2,000 Per Month Till Pandemic Ends
Across the country, a radical proposal has gained support that could provide $2,000 a month to Americans until coronavirus ends.
The Biden administration and Congress were urged by a petition filled with millions of signatures to send stimulus checks of $2,000 per month to Americans till the pandemic is over.
Among the largest petitions in history, this one has over 3 million signatures.
Denver restaurant owner Stephanie Bonin organized the petition lately in 2020.
Bondin called for adult stimulus checks of $2,000 a month and a child’s stimulus check of $1,000 a month immediately.
Also, she recommends the stimulus checks be recurring and sent each month until the Pandemic ends.
“Like our team, my family has lost all of the income from our restaurant, and business owners and the self-employed can’t claim unemployment. This is the story of America right now. For our team and other Americans who can claim unemployment, even the maximum payments will not be enough for most people to continue paying their bills — and avoid slipping into poverty,” Bonin penned down on the Change.org petition.

The passage of such a bill is extremely unlikely at this point despite the petition and efforts of Americans.
There is a growing interest in the petition as California residents began receiving Golden Stimulus checks this week worth up to $1,100.
Oct. 29 was the day for direct deposits to be made, and Nov. 1 was the day for checks to be mailed.
- In addition to the $600 for those without dependents, $1100 will be granted to those with children
