20-Year-Old Case Resurfaces: Middlesex County Man Charged in Old Assault Allegation
A man from Middlesex County has been charged with s*xual assault in connection with the s*xual assault of a minor that occurred more than twenty years ago.
The Keansburg Police Department made an arrest of a man named Robert L. Wisiak, who was 44 years old and from South River. He was charged with first-degree aggravated s*xual assault of a minor and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest took place in October.

The office of Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago has stated that an investigation has found that the alleged s*xual assaults that took place between Wisiak and the victim, who was under the age of 13 at the time, occurred on many times between the years 1999 and 2001.
