Charges have been brought Friday in connection with the unintentional gunshot of a 3-year-old boy. The boy was shot in the shin when Milton Scott, according to the police, was attempting to holster his gun inside an Austin residence in the 100-block of North Latrobe on Thursday night.
According to Chicago police, he was transported in good condition by EMS to Stroger Hospital. Scott is accused of many offenses, including irresponsible behavior and endangering children.
