A player in Illinois has struck it rich after winning $350,000 in the iLottery. On Tuesday night, officials with the Illinois iLottery announced that one player had won $350,000 in the state’s Lucky Day Lotto jackpot.
There are two drawings every day, every day of the week, and the winner of the grand prize was the person who matched all five numbers (6-12-19-37-42).
Lottery officials reported that more than 16,000 winning tickets were sold for the drawing, with total prizes coming in at slightly under $400,000.
Successful participants have one year from the date of the drawing in which they were announced as winners to redeem their reward.
