Fiery Pileup Blocked Pacific Coast Highway – A Stolen Car Suspect was Killed in the Incident

A suspect in a stolen automobile was killed in a flaming pileup Monday that blocked Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu for hours and snarled traffic for miles. As stated by KTLA, the driver had recently completed rehabilitation before stealing the vehicle and racing along PCH, where he crashed into a motorcycle and a truck.

Authorities withheld the deceased suspect and the injured motorcyclist’s identities for some time

The cyclist’s health in the hospital is yet unknown. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the multiple-vehicle accident happened on Pacific Coast Highway near Kanan Dume Road on Monday afternoon.

Following lunchtime on Monday, the suspect was spotted driving a 2017 Lexus that had been reported stolen from the vicinity. After being stopped for over seven hours, the road reopened Monday evening, just before 9 o’clock. Authorities withheld the deceased suspect and the injured motorcyclist’s identities for some time.
