Five people are killed in New York City on Thanksgiving Day
Five people were killed in New York City on Thanksgiving. Two of them were teens and one was an older woman. Police in New York City kept trying to stop the violence, but it spread to other parts of the city.
In Midtown Manhattan early Thursday morning, a 17-year-old was stabbed in the chest. He was taken to the hospital, but he didn’t make it. For stab wounds, a 19-year-old was also taken to the hospital during the same event.
A man was stabbed and died in Brooklyn on Thursday night, which was a dangerous event in the city. Police were called to the corner of Alabama and Belmont Avenue in Bushwick at 7:15 PM after a 911 call.
When they got there, they saw that the victim had been stabbed in the chest. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center by emergency workers, but was later pronounced dead there.
A 69-year-old woman was killed in a shooting in Brooklyn late at night. At about 10:57 PM on Thursday, someone called 911 to report a shooting in front of 340 Bainbridge Street in the 81 Precinct.

When police arrived, they found Angelina Renita Parker, who lived at the house, with a gunshot wound to her neck. Parker was taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center by emergency workers, but she was pronounced dead there.
Early Thursday night, a 48-year-old man was killed in Harlem in a shooting. At about 11:45 PM, someone called 911 to report a shooting in front of 667 Macombs Place, which is in the 32 Precinct.
The body was found with a gunshot wound to the back. He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem by EMS, but was later declared dead there.
