Dolly Parton and Leslie Jordan have a “unique affinity.”
Dolly has now paid a heartfelt homage to the TV personality who passed away on Monday morning (24.10.22) in a vehicle accident in Los Angeles.

In a statement, Dolly, 76, said: “Well, I am as surprised and heartbroken as if I had lost a family member.

Leslie and I have a unique connection, and I believe that everyone else felt the same way about him.
“I know people say that all the time, ‘Oh, they will be missed,’ but in this situation, it couldn’t be more accurate.
Everyone who knew him personally and everyone who enjoyed his entertainment will miss him. Peace be with you, little brother.”
At the time of his passing, Jordan was playing the lead role in the FOX comedy “Call Me Kat.”

Additionally, FOX Entertainment paid homage to the late actor. They praised Jordan as the “truest of Southern gentlemen” and the “kindest guy you could ever imagine.”
In a statement, FOX said: “We are stunned and grieved by Leslie Jordan’s terrible loss tonight. Leslie was much more than the Emmy Award-winning comedian we’ve enjoyed company with for so many years.
