Dallas police said that after their patrol car was hit as they were aiding a stopped vehicle early on Sunday morning, two of its officers received medical attention at a hospital.
At about 2:15 a.m., cops stopped behind a stalled vehicle on the Dallas North Tollway’s southbound lanes, between the Park and Royal lanes.

The police car was struck by an SUV while the officers were outside of it.
The patrol car ran over two policemen. Both were brought to a hospital, where they received care and were later let out.
No other information was provided.
