Outdoor and indoor ride-and-drives will be back, and there will be a brand-new indoor test track with a 100,000-square-foot area for EV test drives and education. This area will be called Chicago Drives Electric.

“We’ve got a 100,000-square-foot indoor test track, and I said it looks like we’ll have six different brands on there for people to take rides exactly like the old Jeep test track that’s been there since 2005,” said Chicago Auto Show Co-GM Dave Sloan.

The exhibit runs from Feb. 11 through Feb. 20 at McCormick Place.
