Several people were hospitalized following a major collision involving multiple vehicles on Christmas evening at the North Frankford overpass on Highway 84 in Lubbock County.
The incident prompted the closure of both westbound lanes and one eastbound lane on Highway 84, along with North Frankford.

The Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) received the call around 6:20 p.m. on December 25, initiating a swift response from the LCSO, Department of Public Safety (DPS), and Shallowater Volunteer Fire Department.
