A Canyon Country guy was filled Monday with killing and assault on a kid, causing death, including his 2-month-old girl, who died simply over a month before.
Marcel James Taylor, 26, was captured Thursday in contact with the daughter’s death, recognized in the unfair criticism simply as “Jelani T.”
Sheriff’s agents replied to a residence in the 18000 section of Grace Lane at approximately 2:55 a.m. Sept. 26 about a preventive release call of a child not breathing, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced. They saw Taylor administering CPR on the child.
Paramedics brought the girl to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Santa Clarita and then to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, declared dead on Sept. 29. Officials declared exhaustive research led to the detention of the girl’s dad.
Taylor has settled jailed instead of $2 million warrants as jail reports show he was brought into care.
According to Ricardo Santiago of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Taylor was declared not liable and is expected back in a San Fernando courtroom on Dec. 2.
