Cecil Macon Ferguson, a Pell City citizen, recently found himself in legal problems after being arrested on multiple counts of receiving stolen property, according to St. Clair County Sheriff Billy Murray.

The St. Clair County Criminal Investigation Division, in collaboration with an ongoing theft of property investigation, executed a search warrant at 2199 Florida Road in Pell City on January 3.
