The FBI reports that the guy handed a letter to bank staff demanding money but did not display or even suggest that he had a firearm.

The individual  stood between 6 and 5 feet tall and was last seen carrying a black rucksack. He was wearing a blue surgical mask, black trousers with white stripes down the sides, and a black jacket, according to Johnson’s account.

Johnson did not specify whether the guy was given money by the bank’s staff, but he did state that the man left the building.
