Legendary racer Ward Burton, known for his 2002 Daytona 500 victory, is set to make a comeback in the racing world.
He’ll be competing in the Rogers Heating & Cooling Orange Krush 200 at Virginia’s Orange County Speedway.

Burton’s return isn’t just for show, he’ll be in fierce competition against his son, Jeb Burton, and former Cup Series racer Jeremy Mayfield during the March 28th event.

A Glance at Burton’s Illustrious Racing Career
Having participated in 375 Cup starts between 1994 and 2007, Burton boasts five race victories, including the prestigious 2001 Southern 500 at Darlington.
He has a history of success at Orange County Speedway, winning a Busch Series race there in 1993.
