Vacationing Chicago Cop Charged With Urinating in Florida Beach Bar Ice Machine

A Chicago police officer vacationing in Florida gets charged with two misdemeanours for urinating in an ice machine at a beach bar on Monday.

An employee at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar told police he “discovered” the defendant “pissing” on the ice in the machine” at 12:32 a.m., according to Capouch’s arrest affidavit.

Capouch’s Bond was $650

The bar employee said police urged Capouch to stop soiling the ice, but the CPD officer “began verbally insulting the victim and shoved him a few times with both of his hands.”

The report reportedly alleges Capouch pushed a security officer who saw the event.

Capouch, a five-year Chicago police veteran, “was aggressively resisting and initially not following legal directions while being held,” according to the lawsuit.
