Two Teens Caught After an Attempted Robbery in Wyoming

Two teens are accused of robbing a Wyoming gaming shop where a third teen was hurt by a worker.

Police in Wyoming said on Thursday, November 10, that two male adolescents, ages 14 and 17, had been arrested.

The incident was an attempt to rob a store, and that a 15-year-old suspect was shot by a store worker.

The attempted robbery occurred on November 1 at 7:15 p.m. at WD Games, 3530 S. Division Ave.

A shop employee reported to authorities that three masked individuals entered the business and encircled him.

After a brawl broke out, he shot one of the teenagers.

When police and rescuers arrived in the neighbourhood, they discovered the injured adolescent next to the shop.

Thursday, police said that the injured adolescent is still undergoing medical treatment. The police intend to file a report with Kent County prosecutors for possible charges against the youngsters but also to evaluate the behaviour of the shop employee.
