An accident on US95 at Mile Marker 53 in Clark County has killed two people.
According to Nevada State Police, a black Hyundai Genesis heading south on US95 collided with a red Nissan Versa travelling north at about 12:30 a.m.

The Nissan driver died as a result of her injuries and was declared dead at the scene. The driver of the Hyundai was transferred to St. Rose Sienna for treatment of her injuries.
NSP then took him to the Clark County Detention Center because they thought he had killed someone while driving drunk.
