SUV Crashes At Highland Park Hospital Emergency Room!
Thursday morning, an SUV crashed at the door to the emergency room at NorthShore Highland Park Hospital. The damage was terrible.
Around 8:15 a.m. Thursday, the Highland Park Police Department and Fire Department went to the NorthShore University Health System Hospital at 777 Park Avenue West in Highland Park.
When the emergency teams got there, they saw a single-car crash involving the building. The SUV allegedly got a lot of damage when it hit a pillar in front of the emergency room entrance.
Before paramedics came, the driver of the car was taken to the hospital to be checked out. Officials from the city said that the crash was an accident and not something that was planned.

They didn’t say anything else about what caused the event. The Highland Park Building Department was told about the situation and came to check out the building.
People were seen fixing the broken stake and cleaning up the mess. The emergency room is still open. Officials from the city also said that they had heard of two helicopters in the area. These were news planes flying over because of the crash.
