On Thursday, a guy was shot in the head and murdered on the South Side of Chicago. A guy, 25, was shot in the head at 7:54 p.m. when he was a passenger in a car in the 8000 block of South Vernon, according to police.
At the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was taken, he was pronounced dead, police said. There are currently no suspects being held in custody.
