Queens: Police Reports A Man Fatally Beaten With A Wooden Board Outside Gas Station

NEW YORK:  According to police, a 23-year-old man from Queens was fatally struck with a wooden board outside a Corona gas station on Sunday.

Kevin Vasquez was assaulted outside the BP gas station at 43-15 Junction Blvd. Attacked about 2:09 a.m. after getting into a fight with a sizable group of men, according to police.

According to the NYPD, the victim was struck in the head. He is hit with the wooden board and brought to the medical facility. He later passed away.

 

According to police, the men left the area, and He last traveled south on Junction Boulevard. The cause of the argument remained a mystery.
The investigation is still ongoing, and there have been no arrests.
