Last Monday, a Brooklyn federal grand jury accused James of 10 counts of mass transportation terrorism.

Accused of Firing Gun

James was accused of firing a gun during a violent crime.

Prosecutors claimed James would plead guilty on January 3, 2023.

A detention document says that James is thought to have gotten on a Brooklyn subway train on April 12, set off a smoke bomb, and fired 33 times at scared people who had nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.

Officials reported 29 injuries, including 10 gunshot wounds.

James was accused of mass transit terrorism and gun violence. He might be imprisoned for life.

James’s face and identity were aired and printed everywhere, and a blast was sent to every New Yorker’s smartphone until he was caught.
