Portland Police Search for Missing, Endangered Woman
The Portland Police Bureau needs everyone’s help to find a missing woman who might be in danger. Wilma Acosta, a 28-year-old woman, was last seen leaving a nearby pub early Sunday morning.
She was near northwest Couch Street and northwest 3rd Avenue. Her phone was found at the Japanese American Historical Plaza by the Willamette River, but she wasn’t there.

Acosta has struggled with feeling very sad before and has had thoughts about hurting herself. She has also felt very down in the past.

When last seen, Acosta was wearing a black lace shirt, a black coat, and black boots. She’s Latina and about 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall.
Acosta has tattoos on her body and three piercings on her lower lip. If anyone has seen her or knows where she is, please contact the police.
