Police are Searching for Suspects in an Armoured Car Robbery in Oakland

On Wednesday, police looked for those responsible for the robbery of an armoured truck at a Bank of America branch earlier in the day.

Around 10 a.m., police received reports of a robbery at a Bank of America on the 300 block of Hegenberger Road. When the police arrived, they learned that an armoured car had been robbed by at least two individuals.

“One individual exited the vehicle armed with a firearm and took items from a victim who was working as a guard for an armoured truck.” “The armed individual entered the vehicle and fled the area with the victims’ property,” Oakland Police said in a statement.
