The Florida Highway Patrol said that a motorcycle accident in Orange County on Monday morning claimed the life of a 34-year-old man.
Just before three in the morning, a deadly single-vehicle accident occurred on Old Winter Garden Road in the direction of Orlando at Ivey Lane.
According to the FHP, the man was operating a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja when he failed to navigate a bend. This led to the motorcycle veering off the road and colliding with a concrete barrier.

The FHP reported that after being transferred to Orlando Regional Medical Center, the man was declared deceased.
From Mercy Drive to Ivey Lane, Old Winter Garden Road’s westbound lanes were shut down.
