Authorities in San Diego County responded to a distressing incident over the weekend. Around 4 a.m. on Sunday, a neighbor alerted officials about a fire at a residence located on Eileen Street in Spring Valley.
The San Diego Sheriff’s Department quickly arrived at the scene.
Fatal Discovery:
When deputies and firefighters arrived, they discovered the back half of the house on fire.
As they worked to extinguish the flames, they discovered a terrible discovery, someone had died inside the house during the fire.
The victim’s identify has not been released pending notification of family.
