NY Barber Shop Closes Following Social Media Post Involving Child

The West Harlem, New York, Dominican hair business that attracted attention for its dubious marketing strategy has since closed. The original location of Los Muchachos Santana was Amsterdam Avenue and West 108.

In case you missed it, the New York band Los Muchachos Santana gained publicity a few weeks ago after their social media ad trick went viral. A lovely, voluptuous woman displaying her curves in photos promoting the salon’s haircutting services also had a small kid sitting on the barber’s chair.

Since the barbershop has become a well-liked place to frequent, sometimes many times each week, it would be good news for many individuals. The barbershop is doing its utmost to accommodate returning customers during this oddly timed closure. For brand-new customers, it is advised to use Los Muchachos Santana’s New York social media to find the most pertinent and correct information.

To where did they relocate? A new address has not yet been disclosed because the West Harlem address associated with Amsterdam is still valid.

Customers who learned of the shutdown have been wondering whether the business relocated or temporarily closed due to renovations or because of the controversies and media attention that Los Muchachos Santana has received recently.

Of course, we can hope that the barbershop’s closure was the result of their understanding of their mistake and trying to make amends (in terms of their social media strategy and advertising).
