White nationalist Nicholas Fuentes and rapper Kanye West were seen at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago golf club on Tuesday night.
West, who is now better known as Ye, went to Trump’s resort after he asked far-right activist Milo Yiannopoulos to help him with his 2024 presidential campaign.
A person who knows about the situation told The Daily Beast that West and Trump had dinner together, but Fuentes was not there.
West sent out a tweet late Tuesday night that said, “First time at Mar-a-Lago. There was rain and traffic. I can’t believe I made Donald Trump wait.”
“I was wearing jeans. Yikes,” he added. The rapper then asked his fans to guess what Trump said when the rapper asked him if he would run for president with him in 2024.
West and Fuentes were seen together in a Miami airport before their meeting at Mar-a-Lago.
Fans of Fuentes quickly shared the clip of the two of them on the encrypted messaging service Telegram, trying to show that the person who went to Unite the Right was becoming more mainstream in Trumpworld.
The Daily Beast asked Fuentes and a Trump spokesperson for a comment on Wednesday evening, but neither of them got back to us.
