Early on Sunday morning, police discovered a Bronx couple and their five-year-old boy fatally murdered inside their apartment.
Police responded to a 911 call from 674 East 136th Street, an apartment building in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx, just after 6:30 a.m.
When the police arrived, they found a 38-year-old male laying in the first-floor apartment building hallway with stab wounds to his chest.

Officers found a 33-year-old lady with fatal stabbing wounds and broke into an adjacent apartment building as they started their investigation after noticing a youngster laying on the ground.

First responders pronounced the woman and infant dead at the spot. According to the authorities, an investigation is still on and an autopsy is being performed to ascertain the cause of death.
All three had just moved into the apartment, according to neighbors, and had largely kept to themselves.
The victims’ names were not released right away since the authorities are trying to locate and get in touch with any family members.
