Montebello Witnesses the Stabbing of Four People, and the Motive Behind the Incident is Unknown

On Sunday, four individuals were stabbed in a residence located on the two hundred block of North Fifth Street, close to Whittier Boulevard. One of the victims had what seemed to be a stab wound in the middle. The victim’s body was discovered by emergency personnel in the front yard.

According to the Montebello Police Department, the four victims were all familiar with one another, and the stabbing stemmed from a personal argument. The knife attacker is currently in police custody. It is unclear how that person and the other victims are doing.

All four people were sent to County USC Medical Center. The motive for the stabbing and the number of possible perpetrators are unknown.
