Luxury Home Builder from Houston Announced a Rebrand and a Name Change

Houston’s Frankel Design Build, which has been in business for 35 years and has a showroom on Washington Avenue, announced on October 20 that it would be rebranding as Frankel Design and build to better reflect the company’s expansion into architecture and interior design.

They have been designing high-end bespoke houses in the Greater Houston area for the past 15 years under their former name, Frankel Building Group. Locations throughout the metropolis are examples of the family-run business’s modern, contemporary, transitional, and European design offerings.

New name-New beginning

The updated logos are an elegant representation of the company’s commitment to being a forward-thinking, creative, and reliable resource for homeowners. The company’s updated look and professional tone are reflected in the website’s layout and choice of colors and fonts.

John Houston Homes and Trinity Oaks Mortgage have built a solid reputation for providing excellent service to their clients since their inception. The company’s title agency, land developers, and environmental resources contribute to a better home-buying and construction experience.

The vast area from the northern Dallas-Fort Worth metro down to Houston is serviced by the JH Family of Companies, named “Most Innovative Workplace” in Texas. While the websites, signage, content, and more of both John Houston Homes and Trinity Oaks Mortgage have been updated to reflect the companies’ new branding, the firms’ dedication to helping families find a place to call Home has not changed.

According to Houston, the company has always prioritized fostering long-term connections with its customers and the neighborhoods it constructs. To paraphrase, “We are in the people business, not simply the real estate business.” John Houston Homes, Trinity Oaks Mortgage, GOPRO Environmental, Precise Title Company, and JH Development are just a few companies that make up the John Houston Family of Companies in Red Oak, Texas.

Legacy of more than 17 years

John Houston Homes is the company’s primary brand and has been constructing homes and connections in North Texas since 2005. The renowned builder has 47 neighborhoods where their houses may be found in the DFW and Waco areas. JHH is well-known for its open-concept floor plans, oversized lots, stunning exterior and interior styling, and dedication to exceptional customer service.

These factors helped it earn a spot in Builder Magazine’s Top 100 builders in the United States and the title of “Best Home Builder in Ellis County” for three years running. Frankel also provides a maintenance program called Frankel Home Care, which attends to concerns as varied as backup generators and swimming pools, in addition to architecture, building, interior design, home care, and property acquisition. Former Chairman Jim Frankel established the business in 1988.
